DART EVENTS
LOS GATOS-SARATOGA GREAT RACE (Class B)
The Rotary Club of Los Gatos for the Annual Great Race: The course will cover 4 miles in Vasona and Oak Meadow Parks, some of it to trails many park users may have never ventured. The course is USAFT-certified, and it is fast. There will be an aid station and many course monitors ensuring all participants stay on course.
DART/CERT Evac Exercise (Class B)
2026 annual CERT and DART drill on November 7, 2026. This will be a 4–6-hour drill (timing to be determined most likely from 9AM - 2 PM) focusing on a winter storm scenario which will include training on rainstorm damage assessment throughout the Town, unknown flooding, power outages due to downed trees and power lines, radio communication, and NICP (neighborhood incident command post) operations. We will have a partial EOC (Town’s emergency operations center) open to practice radio communications from our CERT teams in the field to the NICP and then reporting to the EOC. This will also be an opportunity for CERT and DART to practice partnership skills during a disaster
GIRLS ON THE RUN (Class B)
Girls on the Run Silicon Valley (GOTRSV) in Los Gatos is a non-profit, after-school program designed for girls in grades 3–8, focusing on building confidence, joy, and healthy habits through a research-based curriculum that integrates running. Participants meet in teams to develop social, emotional, and physical skills, concluding with a 5K event.
MONTE SERENO TOWN PICNIC
Join us for a City-hosted barbecue for Monte Sereno residents. This event is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, enjoy some great food, meet with city staff and council, and visit the various organizations that work hard every day to bring the high quality of living we’ve come to expect in Monte Sereno.

Cat’s Hill Classic
DART hit the ground running for the 50th Anniversary of Cat’s Hill Classic Bike Race! With our mobile First Aid trailer stationed on-site and a fleet of UTVs and ATVs, we provided the quick-response capabilities and traffic management needed to keep the race safe and moving.
